It is a 2000 square foot Lower Deer Valley-Deer Lake Village end unit town home about 0.75 miles from Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge. If you are familiar with the area, the condo complex is located between Queen Esther Drive and the Solamere tennis courts and backs up to the Lower Deer Valley walking trails. It is a great location since the Deer Valley shuttle passes by the front door or you can walk to the free Park City bus (Prospector/Deer Valley and Silver Lake routes) which goes to Main Street (1.5 miles) and the Park City Mountain Resort (2.4 miles).
